From March 27 to 28, a two-day seminar on project management was held at ICARE.
The two-day seminar on Project Management at ICARE.
Participants learned how to formulate project objectives, create a project plan, allocate appropriate resources, monitor progress, and close the project. They also learned about various project management tools and techniques.
The attendees were introduced to the best practices and methodologies in project management. We are grateful to Arman Grigoryan, a graduate of the Agribusiness Training Center, for facilitating the seminar in an interactive manner.
