Arpine Sargsyan is an Associate Professor and researcher with extensive international experience in higher education development, innovation management, and economic research. She holds a PhD degree in economics and has dedicated her career to advancing research excellence and fostering global academic cooperation. As the former Head of the Research and Development Department at the Armenian State University of Economics, Gyumri Branch, she led initiatives to enhance institutional research capacity, strengthen global partnerships, and integrate innovation and digital transformation into academic practice.
A. Sargsyan has completed research stays at Duke University (USA) and KU Leuven (Belgium), gaining hands-on experience in international collaboration, academic innovation, and evidence-based policy design. She has represented Armenia in numerous Erasmus+, OSCE, and EU-funded programs, contributing to projects focused on education modernization, regional development, and digitalization. She also serves as a regional expert for the international prize “We Are Together,” supporting global cooperation and recognizing impactful community initiatives.
Arpine Sargsyan is the author of 18 scientific publications, addressing themes of innovation, education, governance, and economic transformation. She recently joined the Agribusiness Teaching Center (ATC) faculty, where she teaches Managerial Economics in Agribusiness and contributes to advancing ATC’s mission of providing world-class agribusiness education.
