Invitation to participate in the tender for event organization service provision (for the purpose of focus group discussions organization)

Dear Sr/Madam,

You are invited to participate in the competition for the provision of events’ organization service to ICARE Foundation (74 Teryan Street, Yerevan 0009, Armenia) within the Cross-Border Alliance for Climate-Smart and Green Agriculture in the Black Sea Basin (AGREEN, BSB-1135) project implemented in the framework of Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 funded by the European Union.

Please take into account, that the project is VAT exempted.

Services to be Provided

You are required to provide the following services:

One-day event for organization focus-group discussions for 30 participants

Date: During the 1st half of March

Venue for discussion including:

  • 6 round-tables, (5 sitting person per one table)
  • 6 flipcharts (with appropreate blank flipchart papers, stickey notes and flipchart markers)
  • projector, microphone

  •  Roll-up banner with its stand (printing, 800X2010cm, roll-up mechanizm, metal)

Materials for the focus group discussion:

  • Paper folder
  • marker
  • blank papers
  • pens,
  • presentations outlines printed,
  • leaflet with basic information about the project colorful printed

The tender is valid for 20 working days starting from the tender announcement dates.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for consideration of this tender, you should meet and submit proof of the requirements and documents presented in Part B.

You should abide by the exclusion criteria and selection criteria specified as a declaration form.

Please submit the duly completed and signed Form of Tender and Declaration Form electronically to all mentioned emails in English no later than March 4, 2021, at 6 PM. 

Please note, that the selection will be done based on the best value for the proposed money (ANNEX 1).
