Tender Notice: Final Evaluation Services for the FRUITENIA Project_ICARE-FR/006/AM/24

Scope:

ICARE Foundation is looking to engage an evaluation company or a group of individuals for the final evaluation of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) -funded Fruit Production Sector Development Project in Armenia (FRUITENIA). The selected evaluation company or the group of individuals will be responsible for offering technical expertise and leadership in generating, analyzing, and presenting high-quality evidence and data through assessments and evaluations.

The primary objectives of the Final Evaluation include:

  1. Assessing the Project’s achievement of results at the outcome level, along with evaluating its impact and sustainability prospects.
  2. Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses in project design, implementation, and monitoring.
  3. Drawing relevant conclusions, identifying lessons learned, and providing strategic and operational level recommendations to the ICARE Foundation as the implementing organization, ADA, and other key stakeholders.

Application Procedure

Deadline for submission of bids, day, time and place

The deadline for submitting bids is January 26, 2024, at 17:00. Interested parties are required to submit their bids in a sealed envelope to the International Center for Agribusiness Research and Education (ICARE) Foundation. The submission address is as follows: 1, 12th Alley, 5th Street, Proshyan, Kotayk Marz, 2413 Armenia.

The Application package should include:

  1. The Price Offer.
  2. CVs and other supporting documents showcasing the qualifications of the evaluating team.
  3. The Project Final Evaluation Timetable.
