ICARE հիմնադրամը (74 Տերյան փ․, Երևան 0009, ՀՀ) հայտարարում է «Սևծովյան տարածաշրջանը որպես գինու զբոսաշրջության ուղղություն խթանելու համար» ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախագծի շրջանակում միջոցառումների կազմակերպման ծառայության մատուցման մրցույթ։ Նախագիծը իրականացվում է Եվրոպական միության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Սևծովյան ավազան 2014-2020թթ․» ծրագրի շրջանակում։

Խնդրում ենք նկատի ունենալ, որ ծրագիրը ազատված է ԱԱՀ-ից ։

Պահանջվող ծառայությունները

Մեկօրյա միջոցառում՝ 60 մասնակցի համար

• Պրոյեկտոր, միկրոֆոնի տրամադրում
• Հանդիսությունների սրահ, բացօթյան կամ փակ
• Սուրճի ընդմիջում 60 հոգու համար
• Ճաշի ընդմիջում 60 հոգու համար
• Երաժշտություն DJ-ի ուղղեկցությամբ

 

Ակնկալվում է իրականացնել սույն թվականի Մայիսի 31-ին։

Մրցույթը ուժի մեջ է 10 աշխատանքային օր՝ սկսած հայտարարման օրվանից։

Ով կարող է դիմել

Մրցույթին դիմելու համար անհրաժեշտ է տրամադրել ներկայացված անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությունը (տե՛ս անգլերեն հայտարարության մեջ) դրում ենք ուշադրություն դարձնել ընտրության և բացառման չափանիշներին, որոնք ներկայացված են դեկլարացիայի և դիմումի ձևում։

Խնդրում ենք անգլերեն լեզվով ամբողջությամբ լրացված և ստորագրված և կնքված դեկլարացիայի և դիմումի ձևերը ուղարկել Ani.manaseryan@gmail.com    էլեկտրոնային հասցեին  ս.թ. մայիսի 21-ը,  ժամը 18:00։

Ընտրությունը կատարվելու է որակ՝ գնի դիմաց սկզբունքով:

Դիմորդը պետք է հաշվի առնի, որ իր պատասխանատվության ներքո է, որպեսզի դիմումը լինի ամբողջական, ավարտուն և ճիշտ կերպով լրացված, ներբեռնված և համապատասխանի նշված չափանիշներին և պահանջներին և լինի ուղարկված նախքան վերջնաժամկետը:

You are invited to participate in the competition for the provision of events’ organization services to ICARE Foundation (74 Teryan Street, Yerevan 0009, Armenia)within the Promoting the Black Sea region as a wine tourism destination (TheSeaOfWine/BSB-1034) project funded  implemented in the framework of Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 funded by the European Union.

Please take into account that the project is VAT exempted.

Services to be Provided

You are required to provide the following services:

A one-day event for 60 participants:

• projector, microphone
• Venue open-air or closed
• Coffee break for 60 participants
• Lunch for 60 participants
• Music with DJ service

Date: During the last week of May

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for consideration of this tender, you should meet and submit proof of the requirements and documents presented in Part B.

You should abide by the exclusion criteria and selection criteria specified as a declaration form.

Please note, that the selection will be done based on the best value for the proposed money.
