The Zabel Yessayan Agribusiness Campus (ZYAC) is an innovation hub that supports early-stage agribusiness startups developing practical, scalable solutions for the agricultural sector.

It brings together young entrepreneurs, students, and professionals who are working on innovative ideas in agriculture, agri-tech, food systems, and rural development.

Currently, four startups are incubated at ZYAC.

AgriBloom

Horticultural Consulting & Agricultural Solutions

AgriBloom Consulting is a specialized agricultural consulting startup focused on horticulture and sustainable orchard management. It supports fruit growers and agribusiness stakeholders in improving production efficiency, adopting modern agricultural practices, and developing long-term solutions for the sector.

Through professional consulting services, orchard establishment support, crop storage guidance, and annual plant nutrition and protection programs, AgriBloom assists farmers throughout the production cycle. By combining practical expertise with innovative approaches, the startup contributes to the development of a more sustainable, productive, and competitive agricultural sector in Armenia.

Hovaz Wines

Boutique Armenian Wine Brand

Inspired by Armenia’s rich winemaking heritage, Hovaz Wines brings together local grape varieties, creativity, and modern expertise in the wine industry.

Developed within an educational and innovative environment, the initiative reflects a new generation of Armenian wine entrepreneurship focused on continuous learning, innovation, and the preservation of local winemaking traditions.

Beyond wine production, Hovaz Wines creates a unique and immersive wine experience, where guests can engage with the world of wine through interactive tastings, educational activities, and hands-on experiences. Visitors have the opportunity not only to taste wines but also to discover their story, production process, and cultural significance in an approachable and engaging setting.

Precision Agriculture Center

Combining technology with agriculture, CropArt advances precision farming in Armenia through drone technologies and data-driven agricultural solutions.

By integrating drone-based services into agricultural practices, CropArt supports farmers and viticulturists in improving field monitoring, crop management, and decision-making processes. The startup promotes smarter and more sustainable agriculture by introducing innovative tools tailored to the evolving needs of the sector.

In addition to providing practical solutions for agricultural producers, CropArt actively collaborates with students and young professionals, helping to strengthen the link between modern technologies and agricultural education.

EVN Wine Academy Student & Winemaker

Kristina

What began as a passion for learning about wine soon evolved into the start of Kristina’s own winemaking journey. After joining the EVN Wine Academy in 2024, she immersed herself in the study of wine, viticulture, and the wine business, which inspired her to produce her own Areni wine.

Alongside winemaking, Kristina actively engages in experimentation and applied research, exploring different winemaking techniques, grape characteristics, and production methods to continuously improve the quality and uniqueness of her wines.

By combining education, research, and hands-on experience, Kristina’s story demonstrates how knowledge, creativity, and entrepreneurial initiative can inspire a new generation of Armenian winemakers. Her journey highlights the role of practical learning environments in transforming passion into innovation and a promising business venture.
