ICARE-Armenia/ Agribusiness Teaching Center accepts applications for a lecturer position for Marketing and digital applications, beginning Spring 2020.

POSITION: Marketing and Digital Applications (Graduate Level)

START DATE/ TIME: Spring 2020

DURATION: 4-month appointment (March – June 2020)

LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION: The incumbent will work as a Lecturer for the Master of Agribusiness (MAB) Program. The Agribusiness Teaching Center will assist the lecturer with relevant teaching materials and books. The research interests and initiatives of the successful candidate will be welcomed.


– Teach in English the following graduate course: Marketing and Digital Applications

– Mentoring and advising of the students.


– At least master’s degree appropriate to the academic discipline,

– Demonstrate strong teaching capability,

– At least 2 years of teaching experience,

– Previous work experience in economic fields is preferred,

– Excellent knowledge of English,

– Excellent presentation skills,

– Excellent communication skills,

– High sense of responsibility,

– Good computer skills.

The Agribusiness Teaching Center is the first and the flagship unit of ICARE that provides agribusiness education to achieve sustainable entrepreneurial activities in the food and agriculture sector in Armenia. It prepares agribusiness specialists at undergraduate and graduate levels, armed with broad economic, marketing, and managerial skills, up-to-date communication abilities, and excellent knowledge of English. These skills make ATC graduates competitive in the growing regional agribusiness sector. The curriculum is Western-structured, based on the undergraduate (Agricultural Economics) and graduate (Master of Agribusiness) curricula of Texas A&M University. Courses are taught in English by American and Armenian instructors.
