ICARE Foundation is looking for a candidate for the position of PR and Communications Specialist with exceptional writing and public speaking skills. A communications specialist is expected to be detail-oriented and work under pressure.
The Communications specialist should be innovative, organized, and self-motivated with an interest in driving strategic messages to key internal and external stakeholders, potential and existing partners.

Communications Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop a communication management strategy and ensure its successful implementation
• Be responsible for the social media content creation and outreach.
• Prepare website content with visualization including infographics, leaflets, newsletters, etc.
• Acquire detailed knowledge on the organization’s policy, structure and share among stakeholders with appropriate branding elements
• Facilitate preparations of visibility materials (brochure, leaflet, one-pagers, etc.) and share among the stakeholders
• Ensure proper visibility of multiple projects implemented by ICARE Foundation.
• Plan and manage events related to the ongoing projects of the organization.
• Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team and report to the management.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key external role-players.

Communications Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, economics, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Armenian; other languages preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
• Content writing experience for all media platforms.
• Proven social media and networking expertise.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
