From Theory to the Vine 🍇

At EVN Wine Academy, education comes to life through real industry immersion.

During the most dynamic and demanding season of the year, our students completed a one-month internship in leading Armenian wineries – experiencing firsthand the full cycle of winemaking at its peak. From grape reception and processing to fermentation management and cellar operations, they observed and participated in the critical stages that define quality and character in wine.

This year, our students had the opportunity to intern at Karas Wines, Alluria Wines, Aratashen Winery, and Jraghatsapnyan Winery, gaining invaluable practical insight directly from experienced professionals.

Experiencing harvest and production during the busiest season allowed them to understand not only the technical processes but also the pace, teamwork, and precision required in real winery operations.
