Within the framework of the project “e-AQUAF – Smart Aqua Farming,” the ICARE Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Procurement Specialist for the implementation of procurement procedures within the
project, including preparation and management of tender documentation, organization of procurement processes, supplier and contract management, and ensuring compliance with the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme regulations and project requirements.
This is a service contract, not an employment position, in line with EU-funded project rules.
